Yasovarman
Yasovarman was a prominent ruler of the Champa kingdom located on the central coast of present‑day Vietnam during the early ninth century. He ascended the throne in 889 CE after the reign of his predecessor, Harivarman II, and ruled until 912 CE. Known for his military acumen and administrative reforms, Yasovarman is credited with consolidating the power of Champa and extending its influence over the neighbouring regions of modern-day Cambodia and southern Laos.
