Xolos, officially known as Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente, is a professional football club based in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. The team competes in Liga MX, the top tier of Mexican football. Founded in 2007, Xolos quickly rose through the ranks, achieving promotion to the top division in 2011. Their most significant achievement came in the Apertura 2012 season when they won the Liga MX championship, becoming the first team in the modern era to win the title in their debut season in the top flight.
