Weerstandmeters

Weerstandmeters, also known as ohmmeters, are electronic measuring instruments used to measure the electrical resistance of a circuit or component. Resistance is a fundamental property of materials that opposes the flow of electric current. Weerstandmeters are essential tools for electricians, electronics technicians, and hobbyists.

The most common type of weerstandmeter is a digital multimeter, which can also measure voltage and current. Analog weerstandmeters use a galvanometer to indicate resistance. Weerstandmeters work by applying a known voltage across the component and measuring the resulting current, or by applying a known current and measuring the voltage drop.
