Võlasuhtetes
Võlasuhted refers to the legal concept of debt relationships in Estonian law. It encompasses the legal framework governing the rights and obligations of parties involved in a debt. At its core, a võlasuhe arises when one party, the creditor (võlausaldaja), has a claim against another party, the debtor (võlgnik), for a performance, typically the payment of money. This relationship is established through various legal means, including contracts, torts, or unjust enrichment.
