Vähittäis

The clearest and most common terms are vähittäiskauppa (retail trade) and vähittäismyynti (retail sale). For the wholesale counterpart, speakers use tukkukauppa (wholesale trade). The presence of this combining form signals the focus on retail as opposed to wholesale, distribution, or wholesale channels.
