Váltókarjai

Váltókarjai is a Hungarian term that translates to "gear levers" or "shift levers" in English. It refers to the mechanism used in manual transmission vehicles to change gears. These levers are typically located on the center console of the car, between the driver and passenger seats. The driver manipulates the váltókarjai to select the desired gear ratio, which then directs power from the engine to the wheels.

The design and operation of a váltókarjai can vary. Older vehicles might have a longer, more substantial lever, while modern cars often feature more compact and ergonomically designed shifters. The process involves moving the lever through a specific pattern of gates, usually indicated on a diagram near the lever itself.
