Volikogus

Volikogus is the inessive singular form of volikogu in Estonian, meaning “in the municipal council.” The word volikogu denotes the legislative body elected to govern a municipality in Estonia, responsible for setting local policy, approving budgets, and overseeing the municipal administration.
