Vimalamitras
Vimalamitra was an Indian Buddhist scholar and yogin who lived in the 8th or 9th century CE. He is considered a significant figure in the transmission of Vajrayana Buddhism to Tibet. Historical accounts suggest he was a contemporary of the Tibetan king Trisong Detsen and that he played a role in the establishment of Buddhism in Tibet.
