Ultraviolettin

Ultraviolettin, also known as UVR8, is a protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of circadian rhythms in mammals. It is a member of the UVR8 family of proteins, which also includes UVR8A, UVR8B, and UVR8C. Ultraviolettin is primarily expressed in the retina and the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN), the master clock of the brain.
