Ulosotossa is a Finnish term referring to the enforcement process where debts are collected from individuals or companies who have failed to pay voluntarily. This process is overseen by the Enforcement Authority (ulosottovirasto) in Finland, which acts as a state-run debt collection agency. The primary goal of ulosotossa is to ensure that creditors receive what they are owed, while also providing debtors with a structured framework for addressing their financial obligations.

The process typically begins when a creditor files a claim with the Enforcement Authority. If the debt is confirmed and undisputed, the authority can take measures to collect the owed amount.
