Sunscreen with broad-spectrum protection, meaning it protects against both UVA and UVB rays, is recommended. Wearing protective clothing and seeking shade during peak sun hours are also effective measures to reduce exposure to UVA radiation. Understanding the properties and effects of UVA rays is essential for maintaining skin health and preventing sun-related damage.
