Työpaikkasopimus
Työpaikkasopimus refers to a type of agreement made at the workplace level in Finland. It is a contract that can be concluded between an employer and a local trade union representative or, in the absence of such representation, directly between the employer and the employees. These agreements are designed to allow for more flexible and tailored arrangements within a specific workplace, deviating from or supplementing the terms of national collective labor agreements.
