Tyypinä
Tyypinä is the essive form of the Finnish noun tyyppi, meaning “as a type” or “in the capacity of a type.” In Finnish grammar, the essive case marks a temporary state, role, or identity that describes how something is viewed or categorized at a given moment. Tyypinä is therefore used when an entity is described in terms of its typological character or placed into a particular category for analytical purposes.
