Tyhjiökuivaaminen, also known as vacuum drying, is a process used to remove moisture from a material by heating it in a vacuum. This method is particularly effective for heat-sensitive substances that could degrade or decompose at higher temperatures. By lowering the pressure, the boiling point of water (or other solvents) is reduced, allowing evaporation to occur at much lower temperatures than under atmospheric pressure.
