Transportbåndene, also known as conveyor belts, are continuous, moving bands used to transport materials from one location to another. They are a common feature in industrial and commercial settings, playing a vital role in logistics and production processes. The basic principle involves a loop of flexible material, typically made of rubber, fabric, or metal, that runs over two or more rollers. As the belt moves, it carries whatever is placed upon it along its path.
