Totalinntekter

Totalinntekter, or total revenue, is the sum of all income a person, company, or economy receives during a given period. In business contexts it represents the gross inflow of resources from the sale of goods and services and from other sources of income.

For a company, totalinntekter is often closely linked to omsetning, the revenue from core operations. Depending on accounting practice and standards, totalinntekter may also include other operating income (such as rental income, royalties) and financial income (interest, dividends).
