Tjøme
Tjøme was a municipality in Vestfold County, Norway. It covered the island of Tjøme and several smaller islands in the outer Oslofjord, just south of Tønsberg. The administrative centre was the village of Tjøme on the island’s northern coast. The municipality was established in 1838 under the formannskapsdistrikt system and existed until 2018.
In 2018 it merged with Nøtterøy to form the new Færder Municipality. The merged entity lies in
