TelAli

TelAli was an Israeli telecommunications company that operated from 1996 to 2017. It was established as a joint venture between Cellcom, Partner Communications Company (then Orange Israel), and Pelephone. The company's primary function was to provide unified billing and customer service for the subscribers of these three mobile network operators. This allowed customers to receive a single bill for all their mobile services, regardless of which of the three networks they used.

The establishment of TelAli aimed to simplify the billing process for consumers and streamline operations for the mobile carriers. It acted as an intermediary, consolidating subscriber data and financial transactions. Over the years, TelAli managed the billing and collection for millions of mobile subscribers across Israel.

In 2017, TelAli ceased its operations. This decision was largely influenced by the evolving telecommunications landscape, including changes in regulatory requirements and the companies' strategic decisions to manage their billing in-house or through different service providers. The dissolution of TelAli marked the end of an era for unified mobile billing in Israel, with each operator subsequently taking full responsibility for their customer accounts and billing processes.
