Tawrat

The Tawrat, or the Torah, is the Arabic name used in Islamic tradition for the divine revelation given to Moses. It is regarded as one of the earlier revealed scriptures in Islam and is listed among the Qur'an’s revelations alongside the Zabur (Psalms), the Injil (Gospel), and the Qur’an itself. It is traditionally understood as guiding the Children of Israel with laws and moral directives.
