A säiliövirtausreaktori, or continuous stirred-tank reactor (CSTR) in English, is a fundamental type of chemical reactor used extensively in industrial processes. It operates by maintaining a constant volume of reaction mixture within a well-mixed vessel, where reactants are continuously fed in, and products are continuously removed. The continuous flow and thorough mixing ensure uniform concentration and temperature throughout the reactor, promoting efficient reaction kinetics.
