Superpesäs
Superpesis is the premier level of pesäpallo, the Finnish national sport. It is a professional baseball-like game played in Finland, with teams competing in men's and women's leagues. The game involves two teams, each with nine players, and is played on a diamond-shaped field. One team bats, trying to score runs by hitting a ball and advancing around a series of bases, while the other team fields, attempting to get the batters out. Superpesis operates under the Finnish Pesäpallo Association and is the highest level of competition in the sport.
The Superpesis season typically runs from late spring to early autumn. Matches are played in a best-of-three
