Subzero

Sub-Zero is a fictional character in the Mortal Kombat fighting game franchise, published by Midway Games and later by NetherRealm Studios. He is a cryomancer from the Lin Kuei clan, renowned for his blue attire and ice-based powers. The Sub-Zero mantle has been held by two brothers: Bi-Han, the original Sub-Zero, and Kuai Liang, who takes up the mantle after Bi-Han's death. In some storylines Bi-Han returns as Noob Saibot, a revenant. Kuai Liang later leads the Lin Kuei and is a central figure across many installments.

Abilities and moves: Sub-Zero can generate and manipulate ice, projecting ice blasts to freeze opponents, forging ice weapons, and creating ice clones for defense or deception. His movesets vary by game, but ice-based control remains a core element of his fighting style. He frequently uses a pair of ice weapons and other ice constructs in combat.
