Spektrogramot

Spektrogramot is a term that can refer to a spectrogram, which is a visual representation of the spectrum of frequencies of a signal as it varies with time. It is often used in fields such as audio processing, speech recognition, and seismology. A spectrogram displays time on the horizontal axis, frequency on the vertical axis, and the intensity or amplitude of the signal at each time-frequency point is represented by color or shading. This allows for the identification of patterns, such as harmonics in a sound, or the changes in seismic activity over time. The process of creating a spectrogram typically involves taking a series of short-time Fourier transforms (STFTs) of the signal. Each STFT analyzes a small segment of the signal, breaking it down into its constituent frequencies. By displaying these transforms sequentially, the evolution of the signal's frequency content becomes apparent.
