Spectroradiometry
Spectroradiometry is a branch of radiometry concerned with the measurement of radiometric quantities in the ultraviolet, visible, and infrared regions of the electromagnetic spectrum. It deals with the intensity of radiation as a function of wavelength. A spectroradiometer is the instrument used for this purpose. It typically consists of a spectrometer, which separates radiation into its constituent wavelengths, and a detector, which measures the intensity of the radiation at each wavelength.
The primary output of a spectroradiometer is a spectrum, which is a graph of radiometric quantity versus
