Sihttaset

Sihttaset, also known as the Finnish Meteorological Institute, is the national meteorological service of Finland. Established in 1881, it is one of the oldest meteorological services in the world. Sihttaset is responsible for monitoring and forecasting weather, climate, and other atmospheric phenomena. It operates a network of weather stations across Finland, collecting data on temperature, precipitation, wind speed, and other meteorological variables. This data is used to produce weather forecasts, climate reports, and other atmospheric research.
