Sensoroj
Sensoroj is the Esperanto term for sensors, devices or instruments that detect and respond to physical, chemical, or biological stimuli and convert them into signals that can be measured and interpreted. They are used in a broad range of fields, from industrial automation and environmental monitoring to medical diagnostics and consumer electronics. Sensoroj come in many varieties, including temperature sensors such as thermocouples and resistance temperature detectors, pressure sensors like piezoelectric transducers, optical sensors including photodiodes and cameras, acoustic sensors such as microphones, and chemical sensors that detect specific substances through electrochemical, optical, or thermal changes.
The development of sensor technology began in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries with the invention
Modern sensoroj are designed to meet rigorous requirements for sensitivity, linearity, response time, and durability. Standards
Because sensoroj can operate across a wide spectrum of physical quantities, they are essential for both scientific
