Sekundærvindlinger

Sekundærvindlinger, also known as secondary windings, are a fundamental component in electrical transformers. They are distinct from the primary windings, which receive the initial electrical input. In a transformer, the primary and secondary windings are typically wound around a common magnetic core, usually made of iron. The interaction between the alternating current in the primary winding and the magnetic field generated by it induces a voltage in the secondary winding.

The purpose of the secondary winding is to deliver the transformed electrical energy to a load. The voltage and current in the secondary winding are determined by the turns ratio between the primary and secondary windings, as well as the voltage and current supplied to the primary. If the secondary winding has more turns than the primary, it is a step-up transformer, increasing the voltage. Conversely, if it has fewer turns, it is a step-down transformer, decreasing the voltage.
