Seitenhöhe
Seitenhöhe, also known as lateral height or slant height, is a term used in geometry to describe a specific measurement of a three-dimensional shape, most commonly a pyramid or a cone. It refers to the shortest distance from the apex (the top point) of the pyramid or cone to a point on the edge of its base. This measurement is distinct from the perpendicular height, which is the shortest distance from the apex to the plane of the base. The seitenhöhe is always longer than the perpendicular height, unless the shape is degenerate.
In the context of a pyramid, the seitenhöhe is the height of one of its triangular faces,
