Salervo is a fictional planet located in the Kepler-186 system, approximately 500 light-years from Earth. It is the fifth planet in the system and the outermost known planet within the habitable zone of its star, Kepler-186f. Salervo is a terrestrial planet, similar in size to Earth, with an estimated radius of 1.1 times that of our home planet. Its mass is also comparable, suggesting a similar density and internal composition.

The atmosphere of Salervo is believed to be composed primarily of nitrogen and oxygen, with trace amounts of other gases. This atmospheric composition, combined with its distance from Kepler-186f, allows for the potential presence of liquid water on its surface, a key ingredient for life as we know it. The planet's rotation period is unknown, but its orbital period around Kepler-186f is approximately 130 Earth days. Little is currently known about Salervo's geological features, such as continents, oceans, or any potential signs of volcanic activity. However, its location within the habitable zone makes it a prime candidate for further study in the search for extraterrestrial life. The Kepler-186 system is a red dwarf star system, meaning Kepler-186f emits less light and heat than our Sun, influencing the conditions on Salervo.
