Sümeetriline
Sümeetriline is a term used in geometry to describe structures that exhibit partial or selective symmetry. By definition, a sümeetriline object is invariant under a specified subgroup of the full isometry group of the ambient space. In practice, this means that while some symmetries (such as a reflection along a line or a rotation about an axis) are preserved, other potential symmetries may be absent. The particular choice of symmetry subgroup determines the visual and structural characteristics of the object.
The word is a neologism that appears in some mathematical and artistic discussions to denote partial symmetry.
Common examples include sümeetriline tilings, where a repeating pattern shows symmetry along certain lines but not
Applications of sümeetriline concepts appear in decorative arts, architectural tiling, and computer-generated graphics, where partial symmetry
