Rörelseplanet is a term used in biomechanics and kinesiology to describe the plane of motion in which a specific movement occurs. It is a conceptual framework that helps analyze and understand the way the body moves. There are three primary planes of motion, often visualized as imaginary flat surfaces that pass through the body.
