Riikidele
Riikidele is the Estonian allative plural form of the noun riik (state). It denotes direction or relation toward multiple states and can be translated as “to the states.” The form is commonly found in formal and administrative language, particularly in contexts involving international relations, diplomacy, budgeting, and aid distribution.
