Reflextränen
Reflextränen, also known as basal tears, are a constant secretion from the lacrimal glands located above the outer corner of each eye. These tears serve a vital protective and lubricating function for the eyes. Their primary purpose is to keep the surface of the eye moist, preventing dryness and irritation.
