Rechtsverträge
Rechtsverträge, often translated as legal contracts or agreements, are legally binding promises between two or more parties. These agreements create, modify, or extinguish legal rights and obligations. For a contract to be valid, certain essential elements must be present. These typically include an offer made by one party and an acceptance of that offer by the other party. There must also be an intention to create legal relations, meaning the parties intend for their agreement to have legal consequences. Consideration, which is something of value exchanged between the parties, is also a fundamental requirement in many legal systems.
