Puolijulkishyödykettä
Puolijulkishyödyke, also known as a quasi-public good, is an economic concept referring to a good that exhibits characteristics of both public and private goods. Unlike a pure public good, which is non-excludable and non-rivalrous, a puolijulkishyödyke may have some degree of excludability or rivalry, but not to the extent of a pure private good. This means that it might be possible to prevent some individuals from consuming the good, or that one person's consumption can diminish the amount available for others, though these effects are less pronounced than in private goods.
Examples of puolijulkishyödykkeitä can include toll roads, which are excludable (you have to pay a toll to
