Proximálisan
Proximálisan is a Latin term used in anatomy and medicine to describe the position of a body part that is closer to the center of the body or the point of origin of a limb. It is the opposite of distally, which refers to a position further away from the center or point of origin. For example, the elbow is proximal to the wrist, as it is closer to the shoulder and the core of the body. Similarly, the shoulder joint is proximal to the elbow.
