Predikativustípus refers to a classification of predicative expressions in linguistics. Predicatives are elements that, along with a subject and a verb, form a complete proposition. The type of predicative used can reveal important information about the grammatical structure and semantic meaning of a sentence. Generally, predicatives can be divided into nominal and adverbial types.

A nominal predicative, also known as a predicative complement or subject complement, typically consists of a noun, pronoun, or adjective that renames or describes the subject. It is often linked to the subject by a copular verb, such as "be," "seem," or "become." For example, in the sentence "She is a doctor," "a doctor" is a nominal predicative describing the subject "She." Similarly, in "He seems happy," "happy" functions as a nominal predicative.

An adverbial predicative, on the other hand, describes the state or condition of the subject, often indicating location, manner, or time. These are typically adverbs or adverbial phrases. For instance, in "The door is open," "open" functions adjectivally but describes a state akin to an adverbial function. In "They arrived safely," "safely" is an adverbial predicative describing the manner of their arrival, which is understood to be in relation to the subject "They." The distinction between these types is crucial for analyzing sentence structure and understanding the relationship between different parts of speech.
