Potravinástvím

Potravinástvím is a Slovak term that translates to "food industry" or "food sector" in English. It encompasses all activities related to the production, processing, distribution, and sale of food products. This broad category includes agriculture, manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade, and services directly supporting the food supply chain.

The Slovak food industry is a significant part of the national economy, employing a substantial portion of the workforce.
