Pintupi
Pintupi are an Indigenous Australian people whose traditional country lies in the western desert region of the Northern Territory and Western Australia. Historically, they were semi-nomadic hunter-gatherers, following traditional patterns of movement based on the availability of water and food resources. Their ancestral lands are characterized by sand dunes, spinifex, and rocky outcrops. The Pintupi language is part of the larger Pama-Nyungan language family.
