PfalzKleve

PfalzKleve is a German football club based in Kleve, North Rhine-Westphalia. The club was founded in 1904 as a merger of two local teams, FC 1904 Kleve and FC 1904 Pirmasens. The name "PfalzKleve" reflects the club's origins in the Palatinate region and the city of Kleve. The club's colors are red and white, which are also the colors of the Palatinate region.

PfalzKleve has spent most of its history in the lower tiers of German football. The club has won the Westphalia Cup twice, in 1999 and 2000. In 2004, PfalzKleve was promoted to the Regionalliga West, the fourth tier of the German football league system. The club has since been a consistent presence in the Regionalliga, finishing in the top half of the table in most seasons.

PfalzKleve's home ground is the Kleve-Spektrum, a stadium with a capacity of 10,000 spectators. The club's most successful player is probably Thomas Häßler, who played for the club in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Häßler went on to have a successful career in the Bundesliga, playing for clubs such as Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen.

PfalzKleve is a member of the Westphalian Football Association and competes in the Regionalliga West, the fourth tier of the German football league system. The club's aim is to continue to develop and improve, with the ultimate goal of achieving promotion to the 3. Liga, the third tier of German football.
