Peakübar
Peakübar is a term used to describe a phenomenon where a person's sexual arousal reaches its maximum intensity and then abruptly decreases. The term is a portmanteau of "peak" and "über," the German word for "over." This experience is often characterized by a sudden and intense orgasm, followed by a rapid loss of arousal. The term was popularized by the German sexologist and author Ernst Grafenberg in his 1977 book "The Sexual Revolution." Peakübar is considered a normal part of the sexual response cycle and is not indicative of any medical condition. It is important to note that the experience can vary greatly from person to person, and what constitutes a peakübar for one individual may not for another.
