It is the present tense, third person singular form of the causative verb pasaytirmoq, which itself comes from the stem pasay- meaning “to decrease,” with the causative suffix -tir- and the present tense suffix -adi. In usage, pasaytiradi expresses that a subject causes a value, amount, or level to decrease.
