PMOStransistorer
A PMOS transistor, or P-channel Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor transistor, is a type of metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) that is widely used in digital and analog circuits. It is constructed using a p-type semiconductor material, typically silicon, and is named for the polarity of its charge carriers, which are holes. The PMOS transistor is one of the two types of MOSFETs, the other being the NMOS transistor, which uses electrons as charge carriers.
The basic structure of a PMOS transistor includes a source, a drain, and a gate. The source
PMOS transistors are commonly used in complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) technology, which combines both PMOS and NMOS
