Olympus OM-D refers to a line of mirrorless interchangeable-lens cameras produced by Olympus Corporation and, after corporate restructuring, by its successor company. Launched in 2012, the OM-D line was designed to evoke the classic Olympus OM film cameras while delivering modern digital imaging capabilities. The cameras in this family are built around the Micro Four Thirds mount, which enables a broad ecosystem of Olympus and third-party lenses. They are typically compact and, in higher-end models, feature robust construction with weather sealing, electronic viewfinders, and tilting or articulating LCD screens.
