Nájemník

Nájemník is a Czech word that translates to "tenant" in English. It refers to an individual or entity that occupies a property owned by another person or organization, typically in exchange for rent. This arrangement is governed by a lease agreement, which outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the tenant and the landlord.

In the context of Czech law, a nájemník has specific rights, such as the right to quiet enjoyment of the property, meaning the landlord cannot arbitrarily enter or disturb their occupancy. They also have the right to have the property maintained in good condition.
