Noninos

Noninos, or Nonino Distillatori, is an Italian family-owned distillery and brand based in Percoto, near Udine in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. It specializes in grappas and related liqueurs, produced with a focus on quality and regional character.

The company traces its origins to the Nonino family and has gained international recognition for innovations in grappa production, including the development of monovitigno (single-varietal) grappas and the use of wooden aging to refine flavor and aroma. This approach helped elevate grappa from a rustic byproduct to a premium spirit valued by connoisseurs.

In addition to grappa, Noninos produces Amaro Nonino Quintessentia, a herbal bitter liqueur, as well as other aged grappas and liqueurs that reflect the house’s blend of traditional techniques with modern practice.
