Nonfinitists

Nonfinitists are a group of philosophers who reject the principle of the excluded middle, which states that for any given proposition, either it or its negation is true, but not both. Instead, they advocate for a more nuanced view of truth and reality, often incorporating elements of intuitionism, dialectical materialism, or other philosophical traditions that challenge classical logic.

The principle of the excluded middle is a cornerstone of classical logic and has been widely accepted in Western philosophy since the time of Aristotle. However, nonfinitists argue that this principle leads to paradoxes and contradictions, particularly in the context of infinite sets and self-referential statements.
