Nevardijan
Nevardijan is a fictional planet within the Andromeda Galaxy, notable for its unique geological composition and the discovery of a primitive, non-sentient microbial life form. The planet's surface is characterized by vast crystalline plains and towering, obsidian-like mountain ranges. Its atmosphere is thin, primarily composed of nitrogen and argon, with trace amounts of methane. Nevardijan experiences extreme temperature fluctuations between its long days and nights, a direct result of its eccentric orbit around a dim, red dwarf star.
The discovery of life on Nevardijan was made by the exploratory vessel Odyssey in the year 2477.
