Netzach

Netzach is a sephirah in the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. The name Netzach is Hebrew for victory or eternity, and in this context it denotes endurance, perseverance, and the drive to overcome obstacles. As a dynamic force, Netzach governs the active, forward-moving aspects of emotion and will, including ambition, hope, and long-term striving toward goals.

In the structure of the Tree of Life, Netzach forms part of the lower triad together with Hod and Yesod, serving as a conduit for emotional energy flowing from higher sephirot toward the physical world (Malchut). Its function is often contrasted with Hod, which emphasizes analysis and communication; together they balance different modes of expression and perception.

Correspondences attributed to Netzach vary by tradition, but common associations include the color green and, in some systems, the planet Venus. These links are symbolic and used in various meditative and ceremonial practices to evoke endurance, vitality, and the aspirational drive to achieve.
