Nanofluids
Nanofluids are a class of fluids engineered by suspending nanoscale solid particles in a base fluid. These particles, typically ranging from 1 to 100 nanometers in at least one dimension, are dispersed within a liquid medium such as water, oil, or ethylene glycol. The primary motivation for creating nanofluids is to enhance the thermophysical properties of the base fluid, particularly thermal conductivity and convective heat transfer.
The exceptional properties of nanoparticles, such as their high surface-area-to-volume ratio, are believed to contribute to
Potential applications for nanofluids are diverse and span numerous industries. They are being explored for use
